The Schlossgut Oberambach on the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg is the ideal location for your event: not even 40 kilometers from Munich and yet in the middle of the countryside, surrounded only by forest and meadows.
From the banquet hall to the winter garden to the carriage house, there is the right setting for every type of event: from a small family celebration for twelve people in our restaurant or in the castle café, to a glamorous 50th birthday celebration with up to 90 guests in the banquet hall .

The Schlossgut Oberambach offers a very special location for a private celebration on Lake Starnberg. Let's start at sunset with an aperitif on our terrace with a view of Lake Starnberg. Afterwards there is a very informal gala dinner or flying buffet.
Regional specialties in organic quality are guaranteed either way. A private celebration can be booked for twelve or more people. Alternatively, a relaxed BBQ in the coach house courtyard is possible.

Birthday party at Schlossgut Oberambach
Celebrate your special day with us at the Schlossgut. For a lively birthday party, we recommend the 115 square meter banquet hall for up to 90 guests. With its parquet floor it is ideal for dancing. Our vault offers the perfect setting for a dignified dinner for up to 32 people.
We can welcome 50 guests in the winter garden. The terrace is also available for 25 people. With space for up to 30 people, our café with lake view terrace is the right size for a reception, family celebration or private wedding.

“Organic” is a given for us. Our motto is “Farm to Table”. In this way we guarantee seasonality and freshness, and we also pay respect to local farmers, butchers and fishermen. Our goal is always to surprise our guests positively - be it with a handmade pasta with vegetables from the field or a cleverly processed fish from the Upper Bavarian Five Lakes Region.
Seeds and cultivation of our vegetable field comply with the regulations of Demeter eV and thus meet the conditions for biodynamic quality.
