Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Schlossgut Oberambach einfach zu erreichen. Am Ostufer des Starnberger Sees gelegen, dauert die Autofahrt von München rund 30 Minuten, vom Hauptbahnhof der Landeshauptstadt sind es 42 Kilometer. Die Bahnhöfe in Starnberg und Wolfratshausen liegen 19 bzw. 13 Kilometer entfernt. Dank einer Kooperation mit der Deutschen Bahn reisen Sie zu Ihrer Veranstaltung am Starnberger See ab 54,90 Euro in der zweiten Klasse – egal von wo. In der Urlaubsregion Starnberger Fünf-Seen-Land ergeben sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für sportliche oder kulturelle Ausflüge und Aktivitäten als Incentive bzw. nach Ihrem Event.

With us, your meeting is "green" in two senses: As an ecologically managed hotel, each of our five seminar and conference rooms has a spot in our spacious outdoor areas. These include the palace gardens and our historic coach house. Therefore, when the weather is nice and depending on the technical requirements and seating, you have the option of holding your meeting surrounded by ancient trees.

So that you are undisturbed, we reserve a separate area for you. Regardless of whether inside or outside - with us you, as well as your participants and colleagues, work and think in a concentrated and creative way. With our Green Meetings, we offer you creative freedom for concentrated work and also make your event an unforgettable experience.

"Starnberg" conference room

Our “Starnberg” conference room is located in the main building on the ground floor. The room has 6 windows and a wide double glass door each with blackout curtains and is 115m² in size.

This is what you can expect from the beginning of 2020: "Starnberg" becomes an "open space" - a multifunctional space that is open to everything. Creative minds find ideal conditions, for example for “Design Thinking” and the “Walt Disney Method”. In the wall-high cupboard of this creative workshop there is what you need to design the 115 m² with space for 99 people in the cinema seating yourself. High whiteboards can be moved for a "room-in-room concept". For the interior, we opted for a clear, no-frills design with bright colors and stylish lamps. With six windows, solid wood parquet and a wide double glass door, there is plenty of light. "Starnberg" can be used as a conference room now and in the future.

Vorsorgemaßnahmen zum Corona-Virus in unserem Tagungsbereich

Dear guest,
wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie Ihre Veranstaltung bei uns durchführen möchten. Da Ihre Sicherheit und Ihr Wohlbefinden für uns an erster Stelle stehen, haben wir eigens ein Hygienekonzept entwickelt, welches alle Vorgaben des Bundes, der Länder, der Kommune und der WHO einhält. Speziell für unseren Tagungsbereich gelten folgende Regelungen:

 

Vor dem Tagungsbereich ist ein Händedesinfektions-spender angebracht

In jedem Tagungsraum befindet sich ein Luftfilter.

 

Bitte halten Sie während der gesamten Veranstaltung den Mindestabstand von 1,5 Meter ein und tragen Sie Ihre FFP2-Maske.

 

Jeder Tagungsteilnehmer erhält seine eigene Flasche Wasser.

Bitte sorgen Sie für ausreichende Lüftung.

 

Während Ihrer Kaffee- und Mittagspause wird der Raum gründlich gereinigt und gelüftet.

 

Alle zur Verfügung gestellten Utensilien werden vor und nach dem Gebrauch gründlich gereinigt und desinfiziert.

 

Einmal täglich werden Tische und Oberflächen mit Desinfektionsmittel gereinigt.

 

Der Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Tagungstischen beträgt mindestens 1,5 Meter.
